Though not quite as muscly as the top-tier trims, the base T5 model is nonetheless brilliant.
Propelled by a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine, the T5 serves up a stout 240 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. An eight-speed automatic transmission is standard, as is front-wheel drive. All-wheel drive is available as an option.
We also appreciate the entry-level engine for its fuel economy. A front-wheel-drive T5, for instance, is expected achieve 26 mpg combined (23 city/30 highway).
